FUN RUN RACE DAY

Friday, September 30th @ Radiant Elementary

DETAILS

 

Here are a few important details about this event:

  1. ALL 2022 funds collected will go right back to our school! 

  2. This will be our only major PTO fundraiser for the 2022-2023 school year. 

  3. FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 30 - Students will run/walk for 30 minutes at assigned times throughout the day. We will have fun activities to enjoy along the way – dance jam, jump rope, hula hoop, and water stations.

 

The goals of the 2022 Rally for Radiant Fun Run are to:

  • Raise money for our school – All funds collected will be used at Radiant Elementary. These funds will help Radiant in enhancing our library and playground with an outdoor running/walking paved track and/or new recess equipment. In addition, provide our teachers/staff the resources to purchase educational tools for their classrooms.

 

  • The PTO has set a goal for each student to raise $50. We encourage students to identify 5 (or more) individuals to donate $10 each to them for their participation.

 

  • Encourage student/parent participation – Students are encouraged to collect donations from family, close friends, and even local businesses. Everyone will be participating on the day of the fun run as well as receiving a fun run t-shirt. There are additional incentives for top fundraisers to earn prizes.

 

  • Promote wellness – Our Fun Run will promote being active while having fun with friends.

 

DONATION INFORMATION

 

For your safety and convenience, donations can be made online only at: radiantrally.fundmonkey.com

 

  • Parents who provided their email address on the “PTO Info Form” will receive an email with their student’s unique online donation code, and updates when donations are made into their student’s account. This will also allow for easy forwarding to friends and family.

  • Share this code with family and friends to use when donating online. Donations will be credited to the student’s account, and you will receive an email update when a donation is made.

  • If a donor does not have online access, you may collect donations from your donors and make an online donation on their behalf. We do not accept cash or checks.

  • If you did not complete your email via the “PTO Info Form” and would like your student’s unique donation code, please send an email to rallyforradiant@gmail.com

  • Donations can be made online from Friday, September 9th through Sunday, October 2nd.

  • If your personal/employee donation is submitted through your employer's charitable online portal, please email us a donation confirmation to rallyforradiant@gmail.com

 

COMPANY MATCH

 

Several companies offer a matching gift program where they will match their employee’s donation. If you are using an employer match program, please send verification (a copy of your employer required paperwork) to rallyforradiant@gmail.com

Friday, September 9th       Fundraising Campaign Kickoff Assembly/Donation Codes emailed 

Friday, September 30th     FUN RUN!!!  Wear your Fun Run t-shirt to school.

Sunday, October 2nd        Deadline for all online donations  

Friday, October 7th           Celebration Assembly

 

PRIZE INFORMATION

 

All Students will receive a FREE Fun Run t-shirt at school before the fun run.

 

School Prizes Once the school raises the dollar amount below, the school will be awarded the prize listed next to the amount.

 

$10K - 1 pass for a FREE game of bowling at Warrior Lanes

$20K - Extra recess

$30K - Movie/Popcorn Party in the gym 

 

Grade Prizes will be awarded weekly to the grade that raises the most money for that week. Teachers will determine the prize to be awarded. The grade that overall raises the most money will get a pizza party!

 

Grand Prizes will be awarded to the top 25 fundraisers. Recipients will be determined based solely upon online donations made from Friday, September 9th through Friday, September 30th. Recipients will choose Grand Prizes in order of who raised the most funds.
